The tournament is a charitable event supporting Health Focus of Southwest Virginia programs, health career scholarships, sports physicals, CPR classes, screenings, support groups and health lectures.  This year's tournament is in honor of Joe Thomas, Sr. and in memory of Smitty Meador.

Tournament Details

Format
The format is Captain's Choice with “3 Drives” from each team member to be used. Scoring by Callaway Handicap System.

Mulligans
One mulligan available at $5.00 for each team member to be used on any hole but not to be used to win the closest to the pin prizes.

Red Tees
One Red Tee will be available at $5.00 for each team member (25 paces forward for ladies).

Closest to the Pin
Special prizes on 4 holes.

Schedule
There will be a Shotgun Start at 1:00 pm. Lunch at 12:00 pm . All prizes immediately following play.

Fees
Registration fee is $320 per team. Entries will be limited to 24 teams. All payments must be received by time of play.

Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams with the lowest scores.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Gold Sponsor ($500) - Includes one 4-person team, your company banner on the course and opportunity to include company merchandise in the goody bags.

Hole Sponsorship ($100) - Includes company sign on a hole and opportunity to include company merchandise in the goody bags.

Four Person Team ($320)
