Page 1 of 2 Health Focus is pleased to provide several fitness classes to help stay in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle. All of our instructors are certified and all necessary equipment is provided. Comfortable exercise attire is suggested. Registration and pre-payment are required for participation. This course is for people of all levels of experience, beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Work at your own pace. Weights, balls, bands are used in a combination of strength training, sculpting, toning, and aerobics. Date & Time: Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Fully aware of the difficulties and limitations of people with M.S., Caryl will teach how to stretch, exercise safely, find peace of mind, and have fun. Class space is limited. Instructor: Caryl Connolly
